Never would I've thought I would become an entrepreneur. I always thought that since I didn't finish college I would be working for someone else helping to bring their dreams to reality. Blogging was only suppose to be a hobby for me to just help people looking for ways to supplement their income, I didn't believe it could turn into a full time business. Since learning ways to market myself and help market for other brands, I've became fascinated in learning entrepreneurship and how people first started up their businesses from scratch and making it successful. A show that I love to watch is Shark Tank on ABC. It's a show of self-made multi-millionaires and billonaires investors looking for businesses to invest in. I enjoy seeing start up companies pinch their ideas to the investors in hopes to land a deal that could potentially make them millionaires themselves. I love seeing people grind hard to make their dreams come true and that just gives me the boost on confidence to continue to grow my business as well. If you know me, you know I love doing product reviews and getting paid for it! I'm always on the hunt to find new companies that offers paid product testing to boost my current income. A couple of months back, a company called i.BuView.com contacted me to let me know that they are soon to launch their website to help people get contacted with brands to test their products, give honest reviews, and get paid. Some of the items you will be testing include: Electronics, Beauty Products, Consumer Goods, Accessories, Clothing, Software, Food, Home Goods, Toys, Retail, Books, and many others. I'm happy to get word that i.BuView.com is up and running, and they're looking for product testers. Right now, BuView needs 100 book readers to review a Christian book. They would prefer readers who have an Amazon account for review posts. The book supplied will be in digital formats, and you will get paid for your review. You can get started by signing up at http://i.buview.com. Something old. Something new. Everything FREE! "Listia is like Ebay, except everything is free..." Seven years ago I went from writing a few poems here or there to making a pretty decent living. If I accomplished this, I am sure that others can also. The first thing I did was study the market to see who would pay me for my writing. After that I needed to know if my writing style was something that people would pay for. Another important factor I needed to know was what I would be paid to write. After taking a look at sites very similar to this site and searching online to see who pays freelance writers to write, I found a few legitimate platforms that helped me launch my writing career. In searching, making sure that one does not fall prey to sites that claim they pay but fall into the scam category is vital.
Blogging has been a never ending journey for me. There has been some good times and some bad times. I've learned so much and all the great possibilities it could lead me to that I'm always looking forward to see what's next on my journey. I will say I've hit a lot of bumpy roads and there has been times I just wanted to give up, but I'm glad I didn't. What had failed me made me more stronger to help continue on my blogging quest. I'm starting to get a lot of readers that are bloggers themselves and just starting out, so I wanted to share my past failures to help newbies not make the same mistakes as me. Blogging takes a lot of trial and error but if you keep investing in it, you'll find what's right for you. Below you'll see some of the mistakes I've made: Even though I'm a seasoned blogger, I'm always learning new things on my blogging journey. Last week, I joined a Blogspot support group that helps other bloggers currently using Blogspot platform. One of the members gave some great information about photos and SEO. Google is unable to know what your pictures are unless you give it a title. Below are some tips and tricks I learned to better master your photos with SEO. Earlier this week, I discovered a new game on Facebook called "Guess the 90s" which is a trivia game that ask different 90s questions. Well that game gave my poor Galaxy S4 phone the deadly black screen of death. This whole week I've been having withdrawals of not having my phone because I use my phone to keep up with all my emails and social media on the go. Not having my phone has taught me a lesson that I need to find a balance from my work from home life and personal life. If you've been following my blog, you may have noticed that I've been making a pretty good amount of income each month and it continues to grow. I'd like to start off by saying this, making money online is not easy! It takes hard work, dedication, and a whole lot of learning. Currently the majority of income I make online is through Affiliate Marketing Programs. Affiliate Marketing is when you get paid for sending a company leads, sign ups, or sales. It took me 4 or more years to make the income I currently make and I'd like to share with you how you can also make money every single month like I do- and even make money while you're sleeping! Below are some helpful tips: |
