Writing has always been something that I enjoyed doing. Seven years ago I went from writing a few poems here or there to making a pretty decent living. If I accomplished this, I am sure that others can also. The first thing I did was study the market to see who would pay me for my writing. After that I needed to know if my writing style was something that people would pay for. Another important factor I needed to know was what I would be paid to write. After taking a look at sites very similar to this site and searching online to see who pays freelance writers to write, I found a few legitimate platforms that helped me launch my writing career. In searching, making sure that one does not fall prey to sites that claim they pay but fall into the scam category is vital. Here are a few sites that pay freelancers to write: Hubpages @ http://www.hubpages.com Hubpages pays people to write articles, recipes, reviews, and original creative content. SEO Clerks @ http://a.seoclerks.com/linkin/49356 is a marketplace that will allow freelancers to create a free account and make money by listing writing gigs within their platform. Wise Bread @ http://www.wisebread.com pays freelance writers to write for their personal finance blog. Writers must send sample writing styles. These are just a few places that will pay people to write but there are many ways that money can be earned. One way is to create a blog and monetize that blog. Another way is to create electronic books and sell them on Amazon as a kindle. Books can be created free here @ http://www.createspace.com. Magazines often pay freelancers to write articles. Online searches can be done to find out submission guidelines. Getting the word out about writing is a simple way to let people know that you write. If there is a concern that a person’s writing style is not as good as it should be then practice makes perfect. This would be a great opportunity to brush up on writing skills by learning basic grammar skills and making sure work is properly edited. Writing about topics that a person is knowledgeable about makes writing easier and hassle free. Finding freelance writing jobs makes the perfect work from home job. I’ve listed just a few places that will pay people to write but there are many places and ways to earn money writing. If you are someone that is interested in making money this way, take the time to do some research and see which platforms work best for you. My blog can always be visited to find more ways to earn money from home. Victoria Sheffield/Freelancer Victoria is a freelance writer in Conyers, Georgia.
