Since you are in the military, you and your family lives on a military base, and you have to follow a strict military schedule. Financial Aid Options for Military Families Military families often can receive military college scholarships because their loved one is serving in the Armed Forces. Service personnel also receive military scholarships if they decide to go to college. Other financial aid options you can choose are grants, private student loans and Federal student loans.
