Are you late on rent, need to pay off debts or simply looking for some quick cash? Unless you win the lottery, earning extra money will take both time and effort. Here are six ways to earn some extra cash in your spare time: Number One – Advertise Via Your Vehicle Have you ever seen a vehicle, on the road, covered in potato chips or beverage advertisements? Most companies offer to pay drivers in return for displaying their company brand names on the vehicle. Speak to your local companies or signup via the internet and earn money while you drive. Number Two – Become A Waiter Find a part-time job in the evenings and over the weekend. This is ideal to earn a little extra cash to pay the bills. The two most common part-part time jobs are: waiting tables at a local restaurant or local bar and handing out promotional goods at local sports events. Number Three – Make Goods To Sell Are you a fantastic baker or a bead enthusiast? Why not sell your creations to local shops. Find out from local stores if they will stock your goods and at what price will they sell the items. Remember; ensure that you are able to keep up with the demand, without it causing you too much stress or drama. Number Four - Rent A Room Do you have a spare living area in your home? Why not rent this room out to young employees or local students. When renting out a room in your home, ensure that you first do a screening check on the person and ensure that they can afford the monthly rent. Number Five – Open Up A Car Wash From Home A great quick way to earn some money is by opening up a car wash from home. Stick up some boards in the local area and enlist the help of your friends. This way you will have fun and earn money. Ensure that you budget correctly for the soap, water, rags and newspaper that you will need to wash each vehicle. Number Six – Resell Unused Items Find the goods in your cupboards that you no longer want nor use and sell it online or at your local second hand shops. This will help you earn – in the short term – earn a little extra cash and rid your home of unnecessary junk items. In order to make extra money, you need to be prepared to put in the time and effort. Use these six ideas to help you earn so quick cash. I am Greg Jones, a personal loan and financial operations advisor. In my experience, the recession has made it more difficult for people to save money on a regular basis. This has left most people struggling to maintain expenses or pay the bills. Take out a second job to help pay the bills. In college I had three jobs: newspaper delivery boy in the mornings, pizza delivering boy in the evenings and student during the day time.
