Would you like to go on vacation and save money at the same time? How about vacationing at a luxury resort, and still save money? Or how about staying in fancy digs right downtown in a major city while saving ? You can have a fabulous vacation and save some serious money by renting a timeshare. Never heard of it? Well, many people aren’t aware that when timeshare owners can’t use their weeks they list them for rent. This allows people who are looking for budget-friendly accommodations to get a great deal, because most timeshare rentals are up to 50% less than the cost of a comparable hotel room. And with a timeshare rental you get much more than just a crowded room. You get space. Separate bedrooms, a living room, and a dining area. If the timeshare rental is attached to a resort, you also get a balcony or patio, and a kitchen. The kitchen is full-sized and fully-equipped, allowing you to prepare meals rather than incurring the budget-busting expense of eating out for three meals a day. You know that $50 worth of groceries goes a lot farther than $50 at a restaurant. At a resort, the low timeshare rental cost also includes many of the resort’s amenities, such as multiple swimming pools, hot tubs, kiddie pools and children’s playgrounds, arcade game rooms, and lighted tennis courts. The larger resorts offer additional on-site activities such as arts and crafts, volleyball tournaments, and ice cream socials. What kind of money savings are we talking about? Let’s look at some examples: 1. The Sheraton Vistana Resort in Orlando, just a mile from Walt Disney World, currently has Villas listed on Expedia ranging from $169 - $258/night. A timeshare rental at this resort is now listed for just $86/night. The resort is 135 acres of on-site fun with 7 swimming pools, 8 outdoor whirlpools, 3 game rooms, 4 children's playgrounds, and 13 lighted tennis courts. The next door Sheraton Vistana Villages, on 92 acres, has timeshare rentals starting at $56/night. 2. Thought you could never afford to go to the Bahamas? Can’t blame you. On Expedia the Harborside Resort at Atlantis on Paradise Island has a one-bedroom Villa starting at $499/night. But, since you’re saving money by renting a timeshare, you can stay at this 5-star resort for $100/night. And the Harborside is a popular resort for celebrities - who knows what star or billionaire you’ll be rubbing elbows with on the beach, for just $100/night. 3. We all know how expensive New York City is. And staying in mid-town Manhattan is out of the question. Right now the cheapest hotel room listed on Expedia for Manhattan is a 3-star hotel offering one small room with one double bed for $300/night. Try getting a family of four in that cramped hotel room. (And the average cost of a hotel room in a nicer downtown NYC hotel is about $500/night.) Compare that to the Manhattan Club, rated 4 ½ stars, with its elegant wood paneled and marbled lobby and luxurious units. Currently timeshare rentals start here at $199/night, and you still get a separate bedroom, a living room, a dining area, and a kitchen area with a microwave and small refrigerator. And here you are just steps away from Times Square, Broadway, the spectacular shopping on 5th Avenue, and only 2 blocks from Central Park. Timeshare rentals are perfect for family vacations, girlfriend getaways, retirees, and mancations. Or rent them for family reunions, honeymoons, or spring break fun. Whatever the reason for your vacation, a timeshare rental is the money-savings answer. And that’s how you Earn Free Money!
