Busy was an understatement how it was for me last month! Traveling and having deadlines kept me real busy in November. It has gotten to a point that I hired a full time virtual assistant to help me with my social media sharing needs so I can concentrate on other work and also give me a break so I can have time to rest and spend more time with my family. Investing in a virtual assistant was the best decision I've ever made and I should have hired one a lot sooner. Since having one I noticed my income has really started to grow and I'm very pleased with my investment. So now I have paid freelance writers on hand when I need them, a full time virtual assistant, and a accountant/bookkeeper. I would say I spend like $500 a month to run my business which is not bad at all. November went surprisingly well considering with the holidays my traffic starts to slow down but since I focused on doing a holiday gift guide it helped keep my traffic flowing and get traffic with different keywords instead of my regular keywords I rank with my blog (Product Review Mom). Sometimes you have to step out of the box and do other things on your blog to get new traffic and readers from other niches. Last month is my highest earnings to date and I'm very proud of my totals! Here are my November earnings: 1. Cashcrate- $31.31
2. Escalate Network- $1228.70 3. ROI Rocket- $1572.45 4. Focus Group- $25 Amazon Gift Card 5. Private Clients- $196.80 6. MaxBounty- $291.80 7. Google Adsense- $161.30 8. Panthera Network- $5424.41 9. Skimlinks- $39.67 Grand Total- $8971.44 Wow! Before you know it I'll be making $10,000 a month or more! But I will say this, it is great and all making all this money but the more money you make, the more you have to pay into taxes. Taxes sucks, straight up! To avoid getting hit with a huge tax bill like I got earlier this year, my accountant set me up to pay quarterly taxes. So ever quarter my accountant contacts me to see how much I made the past 3 months and then he creates paperwork of how much I have to pay taxes for the quarter. I prefer it this way so I don't get hit with huge tax bills each year. So this is something you need to look into if you're self employed and also if you don't have a business license the time is now to get one. Last month was all about press trips and gift guides going out each week. So far with my gift guides I made eleven sales from Amazon. I guess that is good since the shopping season started last week. This is the first time doing holiday gift guides and I hope I come out successful doing them; the traffic from those guides alone is helping me make ad money from Google and from my other affiliate links on my blog since the people landing on my blog is sticking around and viewing other pages on my blog. This month I'll focus on gift guides again, I have another press trip in a couple of weeks that I'll share about on Product Review Mom, I'll have more product review posts and helpful travel posts so stay tune. If you're a blogger and haven't started focusing on content in 2015 you're behind schedule. I have already got started with January- February posts. I always work 2 to 3 months ahead so I don't be scrambling for content each day. Also if you're stuck when it comes to content ideas a good place to start is press releases since they have great content ideas, I use them all the time. Now I don't just copy them I get titles, stories ideas to write about and put my personal touch on them. For December totals and my year totals I might be a little late due to traveling and me moving so sorry for the delay in advance. I hope your earnings in November were great and cheers to an awesome month in December! Happy Earnings! -Louida

Louida you REMAIN my SHERO. Congrats on another successful month with high revenue, low expenses and staying on top of them taxes. I agree - no one wants a high tax bill at the end of the year. NO WAY! I look forward to hearing more about the success of your holiday gift guide. Today is also my first time for one. It contains affiliate links from other places besides Amazon. We have a love/hate/hate relationship right now. Congrats again and keep on doing it!
