June Online Earnings 2014

We are now officially in the middle of the year!  I'm telling ya, this year is flying by fast and before you know it we will be ringing in the year 2015!  Crazy huh?


June was actually not that busy for me and I found myself caught up with my blogging work several times.  Finally I've been able to catch up on some tv shows on my DVR and most importantly, catch up on some much needed rest.


June was another successful month of earnings for me.  I always amaze myself how much I've been earning lately.  I'm still at awe at how far I've gone with blogging and the amazing people and brands I get to meet.  Blogging has been the best way for me to express myself, even if I didn't earn anything from it, I just like that people actually cares about what I talk about and the bonds I make with them, truly rewarding!

I can't believe I'm starting to make over 5 grand a month!  I remember the days I would barely make $100 a month and I would've never thought that several years later I would be making as much as I do now.  That's why I continue to always say, never give up, your time will come!  Find what works for you and stick with it!  Everyone's journeys are different, you just got to work hard at achieving your goals.  


People always ask me, "How do you make as much as you do?"  There is no secret that I have to hide.  I think it is just being me and real.  I only promote businesses that I believe in, trust, and help my readers.  I do not put all my focus on writing sponsored campaign ads because:

1. If you only do sponsored posts this will turn your readers off because they'll think your opinions are not genuine and you're all about making money.

2. A lot of the times the topics don't even go with your niche or blog.

3.  Ad networks has you talk about a certain topic which means you're talking about the same thing as other bloggers.  How is your blog post going to rank in SERPs if it's all the same like everyone else?  No uniqueness.  Not saying it can't happen but it will be much more harder.

I'm the type of person that likes to march to the beat of my own drum.  I don't follow what everyone else does and do what I enjoy.  That could be why my readers put their trust in me.  When your readers trust in you, they will buy or sign up with pretty much anything you promote.  They start sharing your posts and that could lead you to ranking high in SERPs and making you become the leader of your niche.


Guess what, I was asked to do a webinar as a guest speaker to discuss affiliate marketing.  I got to admit, I'm scared to do it since I've never done or watched a webinar before.  I feel what I have to share has been told a million times about affiliate marketing, there is no secret to be successful at it.  Writing quality posts, learning SEO, and marketing yourself is pretty much what you have to do with affiliate marketing.  It takes time to become a authority in your niche and building trust with Google so there is no secret formula with affiliate marketing.

I'm guessing this webinar will be in the middle or end of July, but I'll make sure to post about it on this blog and my other blog.
