BLAH!! I'm kicking myself in the butt right now because I have been audited by the IRS!
Well back in 2009, I did not claim my work from home online earnings because I wanted a bigger refund check. I work a regular job outside my home and I only claimed that my regular job was my only earned income for that year. I guess I thought good ol' Uncle Sam would not take notice of me pretty much cheating on my taxes.
Well I thought wrong because Uncle Sam sent me a notice that I owe back taxes now!!!
This has been a lesson learned to always claim every income I have earned, including my earnings from online.
So moral of the story here my friends is to "Always Pay Your Taxes," or the IRS will come looking for you!!
P.S. Every work from home programs are suppose to give you an 1099 form once you have made $600 or more so you can do your taxes, if not you still need to report any money you have earned.
Geez...Don't you wish there were no income tax?
