Google Panda Update

So the dreaded Google Panda is supposed to strike today or Monday and it has every webmaster on edge.  If you've experienced the algorithm changes last February 2012, you know what I'm talking about. 

Just sitting back waiting to see this take into affect is nerve wrecking, but we'll not know for sure of anything until Tuesday.  If I see that I'm losing traffic, then I know I've been hit and need to make some changes.

I'm a writer on Squidoo and make money doing so, so I'm also hoping that Squidoo doesn't get hit with a Google penalty due to having web spam being created on their website.  Since Squidoo is a High Authority Website and also people creating get rich quick Squidoo eBooks, has attracted spammers and that looks ugly in Google's eyes.  I work too hard for my lenses just to go down in rankings and never be seen again in Google searches!

But I do blame Squidoo for some of these problems they're having with spam because lensmasters and I has been complaining about it and they did nothing.  Now a whole lot of changes are happening on Squidoo but it may be a little too late which has me shaking in my ballerina flats!  LOL! 

On Squidoo forums, all the post has been nothing but complaints about lost traffic.  I haven't seen lost traffic with my lenses but I'll be keeping an eye on it throughout the weekend.  Squidoo has a conference call with their top members of their website on Tuesday and I’ll be tuning in to hear what they got to say about all of this and what the future will be like on Squidoo.

And if that isn't enough dealing with Google and Squidoo, yesterday as well as today, I've been dealing with my blog's server problems.  Pretty much all day yesterday my blog has been down and today I'm dealing with my blog loading slow.  UGH!  Can I get a break?

Well I'm not going to continue to stress myself to death.  I'm going to enjoy a nice warm weekend with my daughters.
