December and 2014 Year Earnings

Sorry for the lateness of this post, I just got back from my vacation and now I'm trying to get back into the swing of things.  I told myself that while I'm on vacation I'm not going to worry about my blogs and just enjoy myself and I'm very glad I did, I needed that break!

My vacation was fun but now I'm ready to get 2015 started!  2014 was one of the best year ever for me!  I had a lot of growth, became a business owner, able to hire a assistant, hire freelancers, and working with top brands!  I'm very proud of my accomplishments and I look forward to what 2015 has for me!

This post will show you my December totals as well as 2014 year totals.  Let's get started!

God is good!  I can't believe how much I made blogging last year, it really shows if you continue at it and work hard at making your dream into a reality it will pay off.  Also, with me having a full time job and counting my blog income and job income together I made over $100,000!!!!!!  I guess I can consider myself a six figure woman!  This year I hope to make over $100,000 with my blog alone.

Remember I told you how I had a holiday gift guide using Amazon affiliate links?  Well it went ok and the reason for this is I made sales but Amazon doesn't really pay well unless I was making sales on big ticket items.  My gift guide was ranking well on search engines and giving me great traffic which led to people sticking around my blog and me earning money other ways through different affiliate links and them clicking on Google ads.

2015 will be pretty much the same, working hard at achieving my goals.  This year, I want to create an ebook because I feel a lot of bloggers do not incorporate affiliate marketing in their blog and affiliate marketing can led to having passive income if you do it the right way.  Having affiliate links in a post that sounds natural and is storytelling seems to work great for me, it doesn't make me sound like a sales person.

I hope to land a huge sponsored deal, preferably through a travel company because I love to travel with my family and blog about our adventures.
