If you are able, go shopping alone so that you are not tempted to buy your children items that are not needed.

5.     Unsubscribe from mailing lists – Receiving emails or catalogues in the mail can be tempting and can put a strain on your financials. Do yourself a favor and unsubscribe so that temptation is not in your inbox or mailbox. 12.  Don’t buy the latest in technology – By being patient, you could score an electronic item for very cheap. Ignore the advertisements for the latest and greatest in technology because an upgraded version will be following suit in no time at all.
